Hillcrest Energy to Present at Cantech Investment Conference 2026
Hillcrest Energy Technologies announced CEO Don Currie's presentation at the Cantech Investment Conference in Toronto on October 8, 2026. The event will highlight Hillcrest's zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) power conversion technology. The 20-minute presentation will focus on advancements in four markets: industrial drives, EV powertrain, energy storage, and AI data centers.
In industrial drives, Hillcrest has signed a Letter of Intent with Lenze SE for ZVS integration into high-power inverters. The company has also partnered with Equipmake plc to develop ZVS technology for EV powertrains. An agreement with AI Hub of Innovation will see ZVS applied in energy storage systems at AHI's Alberta campus. Additionally, Hillcrest has published a white paper on ZVS for AI data centers.
Dr. Emanuel Serban will present a related paper at IEEE ECCE 2026. Currie will meet investors and analysts, offering further insights into Hillcrest's strategic developments.
