HiPay's 2025 Growth: Opening Spanish Operations

HiPay Group, a fintech specializing in omni-channel payment solutions, reported a 4% increase in payment volumes for 2025 compared to 2024, and a 9% increase compared to 2023. The company's annual revenue rose by 1% to €74.8 million, marking a 14% increase from 2023. Point-of-sale transaction revenue saw significant growth, up 38.7% compared to 2024.

International performance, excluding Portugal, contributed heavily to this growth, with payment volumes up 16% and regulated iGaming up 22%. Revenue from these sectors rose 21% and 34%, respectively, while the Portuguese unit faced declines due to previously suspended business flows.

The company expressed optimism for 2026, focusing on the launch of new products and opening a new commercial office in Madrid to expand its presence in Iberian markets.
