Paolo Doria Appointed as CFO of Centiel

Centiel SA has announced the appointment of Paolo Doria as the new Chief Financial Officer, taking effect on July 1, 2026. This change follows a succession plan, with Doria succeeding Anke Ness, who is taking maternity leave. Ness significantly contributed to the merger of HT5 AG with Centiel and the company's listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

David Bond, President of the Board, praised Ness for her dedication and expressed enthusiasm for Doria's formal appointment. Doria, who joined Centiel in February 2026, had been preparing to assume the CFO role. His previous experience includes executive positions at Belimport SA, consultancy roles, and management at GTF S.p.A. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in Italy.

Centiel, based in Lugano, Switzerland, specializes in power protection solutions, serving international markets through subsidiaries and partners.
