Hoenle AG Forecasts Growth Amid Challenging Market Conditions

Hoenle AG, a leading German company, released its annual report for FY 24/25, revealing a 5.1% decline in revenue to €93.7 million. Despite this downturn, the company experienced a significant 94% increase in EBITDA, reaching €5.8 million. This boost resulted from successful restructuring in the Curing sector and strict cost control.

In the Disinfection segment, yearly revenues increased by 6.7% to €26.3 million, driven by the introduction of ultra-pure water solutions. However, the Adhesives sector faced challenges, with revenue dipping 9.6% due to reduced automotive orders and supply chain shifts.

Looking ahead, Hoenle AG is optimistic about FY 25/26, projecting revenue between €95-105 million. Contributing factors include growth in semiconductors and consumer electronics. Consequently, the company maintains a 'BUY' recommendation with a target price of €15.
