Approval of Hopium's Amended Recovery Plan
The Paris Economic Activities Court validated HOPIUM's Amended Recovery Plan on July 28, 2026. This decision marks an essential step for the cleantech company specializing in the decarbonization of heavy transport.
Presented on May 26, 2026, this plan received broad support, with 11 out of 13 affected party classes voting in favor. At the hearing on July 3, 2026, the plan was examined in detail.
With this approval, Hopium can now roll out its new strategic roadmap. The support of investor Atlas Special Opportunities is also confirmed, guaranteeing the necessary medium-term funding.
