Court approves Hopium's recovery plan
On March 21, 2025, the Paris Economic Activities Court approved the recovery plan of Hopium, a company specializing in the decarbonization of heavy transport. The plan, presented on January 17, 2025, was submitted to a hearing on February 27, 2025, where its implementation was detailed.
The Court appointed O3Partners, with Maître Isabelle Didier as Judicial Administrator, to oversee the plan. The plan received broad support, with 11 out of 13 classes of creditors and shareholders voting in favor. Hopium aims to offer a competitive alternative to diesel by 2028-2030.
Hopium CEO Stéphane Rabatel expressed his gratitude to the teams and partners. The company is planning a webinar on April 17, 2025, to detail its next steps.
