HOPIUM: Debt Restructuring with Atlas
On November 4, 2026, HOPIUM announced the restructuring of its bond debt related to Financing 2025. This agreement, concluded with Atlas Special Opportunities II, involves an amount of approximately €7.9 million. The objective is to convert the bonds into shares and strengthen equity, with full debt repayment by December 2026.
The company plans to reduce its debt by €4.2 million through the issuance of shares and warrants to Atlas. The debt conversion and the gradual exercise of the warrants until 2030 will align the interests of Atlas and HOPIUM.
The planned early redemption offers more favorable terms, while a share consolidation will be implemented, with 100 existing shares exchanged for one new one.
