Hopium exceeds expectations with its 200 kW system

On May 5, 2025, in Saint-Bonnet-de-Mure, HOPIUM announced that it had achieved a power output of 212 kW during bench tests of its 200 kW dual-battery system. This technological breakthrough confirms the performance of its innovative solution and underlines the expertise of the R&D teams. The power output achieved exceeds the 200 kW initially targeted, thus improving the system's sustainability.

These tests demonstrate the consistency of Hopium's technological approach, which will also be validated on the road in October 2024 for a 100 kW system. Two modules are now available, adapting to the constraints of heavy-duty transport. Hopium is positioning itself for commercialization of its solutions as early as 2025, targeting various niche markets, including maritime and aeronautics.
