Horizon Aircraft Welcomes Tom Hearne to Its Board of Directors

Horizon Aircraft has announced the appointment of Tom Hearne to its Board of Directors, where he will also serve as Chair of the Board's Audit Committee. This decision follows the resignation of Trisha Nomura, who is stepping down for personal reasons but remains a supportive shareholder.

Tom Hearne brings over 30 years of experience in technology leadership and financial oversight. He currently leads ARB Labs, an AI technology firm, and holds significant roles in Enthusiast Gaming Holdings. His extensive track record includes helping scale companies through rapid revenue growth and successful financings exceeding $500 million.

The appointment comes as Horizon Aircraft advances its Cavorite X7 program, one of the first hybrid-electric VTOL aircraft in development. CEO Brandon Robinson notes the importance of Hearne's expertise in public company governance and financial management as the company navigates the manufacturing and commercialization phases of the Cavorite X7.
