Hot Rocks Investments Expands Portfolio with New Acquisitions
Hot Rocks Investments plc has announced the acquisition of an additional 100,000 warrants in The Smarter Web Company plc. These warrants, priced at £1 each, allow for future subscription to ordinary shares at 2.5p per warrant. This move increases Hot Rocks' interest in The Smarter Web Company to 260,000 warrants. The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based web design agency, has recently raised £29.3 million and engages in digital asset strategies including bitcoin.
In addition, Hot Rocks has acquired 1,000,000 shares in Tap Global Group plc. Tap Global is an integrated digital finance hub, enhancing its financial standing with increased digital asset income from bitcoin. Tap Global plans to list its shares on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange on 27 June 2025.
Hot Rocks Investments continues to diversify, targeting sectors such as digital assets and resource exploration.
