Hot Rocks Investments Increases Stake in The Smarter Web Company
Hot Rocks Investments plc has announced the acquisition of an additional 40,000 warrants in The Smarter Web Company plc (SWC). Purchased at £1 per warrant, these additional securities allow the subscription for new ordinary shares at 2.5p each, following SWC's admission to AQUIS.
The Smarter Web Company, a UK-based web design agency, incorporates a digital assets treasury policy including bitcoin. It trades under SWC on AQUIS and TSWCF on the OTCQB Venture Market in the U.S.
With this acquisition, Hot Rocks now holds interests in 300,000 SWC warrants. Managing Director Gavin Burnell expressed satisfaction in enhancing exposure to SWC, highlighting it as a leader in the digital assets space.
Hot Rocks Investments continues to seek diversification and value addition for shareholders.
