The company holds 5,100,000 shares in Mendell Helium plc, which has recently seen promising share price movements with new helium production initiatives. Mendell aims to list shares on the AIM market and has ongoing projects in Kansas, USA.

At Sunshine Gold Capital Pty Ltd, Hot Rocks has increased its stake to 49%, fueling the Dexter Gold Project's growth. Sunshine Gold gained new exploration tenements in Western Australia, bolstering their landholding to 629km². Additional strategic applications could further expand their tenure to 887km².

New investments include US$25,000 in Central Gold and £25,000 in Futuro Resources, aimed at advancing copper and gold prospects in DRC and Brazil. Hot Rocks acquired stakes and warrants in Cobra Resources, aligning with their South Australia developments.
