Crossing thresholds by LES HÔTELS DE PARIS
On September 1, 2025, LES HÔTELS DE PARIS announced significant threshold crossings. Capinvest Services Limited and Mr. Patrick Machefert sold their stakes to Made Two, falling below several stake thresholds. Made Two, controlled by Made One, thus acquired 70.35% of the capital, or 5,196,965 shares.
Bain Capital Credit also strengthened its position, reaching 75.65% of the capital with the Machefert concert. These transactions result from a debt-free reorganization. No major changes to the business are planned. The shareholders' agreement specifies the roles and perspectives of each party, emphasizing the Machefert concert's continued control and support for the continuation plan.
