Huawei Unveils Latest Innovations in Running Watches and Beyond

On February 26, 2026, Huawei hosted the "Now is Your Run" event in Madrid, Spain, showcasing its newest technologies. After a five-year break, Huawei re-entered the professional running watch market with the HUAWEI WATCH GT Runner 2. This device features a new 3D floating antenna architecture, aiming for superior positioning precision, even during signal loss. Eliud Kipchoge, a two-time Olympic marathon champion, has been named the global ambassador for this product.

Alongside the GT Runner 2, Huawei introduced the HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2 in a new "Green" color, catering specifically to golf enthusiasts. The new HUAWEI Band 11 Series combines practicality with sleek design. Additionally, the Mate 80 Pro was lauded for its advanced camera and AI capabilities.
