HUBER+SUHNER Expands Production to Meet AI Data Center Demand

HUBER+SUHNER has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Pisary, Poland, focused on producing POLATIS® optical circuit switches (OCS). This expansion aims to meet the rising demand from AI and hyperscale data centers. The company plans to increase production capacity fivefold within two years, reflecting the surging global need for OCS solutions.

The Pisary site enhances HUBER+SUHNER's ability to provide cutting-edge technology essential for AI workloads, improving performance and energy efficiency. Significantly, OCS solutions reduce energy consumption by eliminating optical-electrical conversions, benefiting cost efficiency in hyperscale operations.
