Proactis SA Half-Year Financial Report as of July 31, 2025

Proactis SA, listed on Euronext, has published its results for the six months ending July 31, 2025. Revenue amounted to €4.1 million, marking a 5% decrease compared to the same period in 2024. This decrease is attributed to a loss of customers following the reorientation towards flagship products.

The net loss narrowed to €0.3 million, compared to €0.9 million the previous year. Net cash outflows, excluding intercompany receipts, amounted to €2.3 million, up from €1.6 million in 2024.

In terms of restructuring, Proactis increased its workforce in Manila by 30% to optimize costs. The total cost of the layoffs amounts to approximately €2.5 million, financed by the parent company. The analysis aims to ensure that functions are located appropriately to meet the company's needs.
