Aton completes the repayment of its ORAs subscribed with Iris Capital

The Aton Group has announced the full repayment of the bonds redeemable in shares, issued as part of its financing with Iris Capital. This repayment concludes the use of this financing line since 2021, which had raised nearly €11 million. This step reinforces the Group's balance sheet improvement, which has been characterized by disciplined management of its financial resources.

The financing line with Iris Capital remains active, offering the possibility of further drawdowns if needed. The Group is also exploring the diversification of its financing sources to support the growth of its subsidiaries.
