HRS Secures €3.81 Million for Capital Increase and Bond Financing

HRS, a French leader in hydrogen infrastructure, has announced securing €3.81 million in commitments for a capital increase. The funding includes €2.33 million in cash and €1.48 million via receivables set-off. The Board approved the issuance of 4,766,992 new shares at €0.80 each.

In parallel, HRS will draw down a €500,000 bond tranche, with an accompanying subscription by bondholders for €480,000. This move is aimed at extending the company's financial runway through March 2027. The share capital post-increase will total €2,475,714.30.

HRS continues discussions with banking partners for additional financing. The completion of these financial strategies is crucial to support HRS's growth initiatives in the hydrogen refueling segment.
