Hypoport SE Launches Share Buyback Programme
On 14 August 2026, Hypoport SE announced the initiation of a share buyback programme, commencing on 17 August and concluding by 30 October 2026. The resolution, approved by the Management and Supervisory Boards, aims to repurchase shares worth up to EUR 10 million. The programme allows a maximum purchase of 400,000 shares, factoring in the closing price of EUR 83.35 on 11 August 2026.
The initiative follows an authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 2 June 2026. The acquired shares will support employee participation and equity allocations. An independent credit institution will oversee the purchase in compliance with EU regulations, ensuring no more than 25% of average daily trading volume is acquired per day.
Hypoport SE plans to provide ongoing updates on the programme through their investor relations website.
