Digi Power X Transitions to Cboe Canada
Miami-based Digi Power X Inc., a company specializing in AI infrastructure and modular data centers, has announced its uplisting to Cboe Canada, effective February 27, 2026. Previously trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV), the shares will continue under the symbol "DGX" on Cboe Canada, while still being listed on Nasdaq as "DGXX". The company remains a reporting issuer under Canadian securities laws as it transitions from TSXV.
The uplisting follows a voluntary delisting from TSXV, effective at the close of market on February 26, 2026. There is no required action from shareholders for this change. Digi Power X focuses on sustainable energy infrastructure, continuing its development of Tier-III certified AI data centers.
