IBC Advanced Alloys Elevates Jenny Gipson as President of Nonferrous Division

IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. promoted Jenny Gipson to President of its Nonferrous Division. Previously Vice President of Operations, Ms. Gipson now leads the Copper Alloys Division, succeeding Mark Wolma, who is retiring after 18 years.

Mark A. Smith, Chairman and CEO, praised Ms. Gipson's leadership and vision during a period of strong demand for copper products. With over 25 years in the forging industry, she is set to enhance IBC's performance and innovation.

Ms. Gipson expressed gratitude for the opportunity, highlighting growth opportunities in various industrial and defense sectors as copper demand rebounds.

Since joining IBC in 2020, Ms. Gipson has progressed through key roles, bringing experience from Fountaintown Forge, where she served as Vice President of Operations for 14 years. She will oversee daily operations, reporting directly to Mr. Smith.
