IBC Advanced Alloys Extends Credit Facility to $7 Million
IBC Advanced Alloys Corp. announced an amendment to its credit agreement with Sallyport Commercial Finance, LLC. This amendment increases the credit facility from $6 million to $7 million and extends the maturity date to September 30, 2028. A fee of $10,000 was paid to the lender upon signing the agreement.
The original terms of the credit agreement remain unchanged, as previously detailed in earlier press releases. This amendment is pending approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
