Icade Releases Monthly Voting Rights and Shares Information
On April 4th, 2025, Icade published its monthly update on the total number of voting rights and shares. As of March 31, 2025, the company issued a total of 76,234,545 shares. The number of real voting rights, excluding treasury shares, stood at 75,806,079. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, also matched the total number of issued shares at 76,234,545.
This information is provided in compliance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Market Authority and Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code. Such transparency is vital for shareholders and investors to understand their voting power and share distribution within the company.
