Monthly Voting Rights and Shares Update from Icade
Icade, a real estate company based in France, released its latest figures regarding voting rights and shares for the month ending October 31, 2025. The company reported a total of 76,234,545 issued shares. Excluding treasury shares, the number of real voting rights stands at 75,809,079. The theoretical number of voting rights, which includes treasury shares, is also 76,234,545. These figures are aligned with the requirements laid out in Article 223-16 of the French Financial Market Authority's General Regulation and Article L. 233-8-II of the French Commercial Code.
