Status of Icade Shares and Voting Rights as of August 31, 2026

On September 8, 2026, Icade published its monthly report on the total number of shares and voting rights comprising its share capital. As of August 31, 2026, Icade's share capital consisted of 76,234,545 shares. The actual number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amounted to 75,835,077. Furthermore, the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was 76,234,545.

According to the provisions of Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation, theoretical voting rights take into account all shares, even those which are deprived of voting rights.
