Status of Icade shares and voting rights in July 2025

Icade, an integrated real estate company, has released its monthly information regarding its capital as of July 31, 2025. As of this date, the company's capital consists of 76,234,545 shares. The actual number of voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amounts to 75,812,329. The theoretical number of voting rights, including shares deprived of voting rights, also amounts to 76,234,545.
