Status of Icade's capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2024

Icade has communicated the figures relating to its capital and voting rights for the date of December 31, 2024. The total number of shares making up the capital amounts to 76,234,545. The actual voting rights, which exclude treasury shares, reach 75,778,579. On the other hand, the theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is identical to the total number of shares, i.e. 76,234,545.
