ONE EXPERIENCE makes its first hotel acquisition

ONE EXPERIENCE (Euronext Growth Paris – ALEXP), a European group specializing in hybrid hospitality, has just completed its first transaction via the ONE HOSPITALITY ASSETS platform. The acquisition involves two hotels operated under the Campanile and Première Classe brands, owned by the Louvre Hotels Group.

In partnership with David Dassin of Groupe Dassin and Byron Gestion, a subsidiary of Louvre Hotels Group, this transaction marks the start of ONE HOSPITALITY ASSETS' operational activity. The two acquired properties in Melun comprise a total of 128 rooms and are expected to generate €2 million in revenue, with an estimated EBITDA of €800,000.

This first acquisition is part of ONE EXPERIENCE's strategy, which focuses on hotel investments with a long-term, asset-building approach. The company plans to continue along this path, leveraging strong partnerships.
