ONE EXPERIENCE successfully requests a strategic capital increase
ONE EXPERIENCE, a leading player in hybrid hospitality in Europe, has successfully completed a capital increase of €405,826.20, representing 81.2% of its initial target of €500,000. This transaction, which maintains preferential subscription rights, allows the company to strengthen its real estate investment capacity while pursuing its Bitcoin-focused strategy.
The issue price, set at €1.30 per share with warrants (ABSA), includes a premium of 122.22% over the last closing price. The subscription attracted both existing shareholders and new investors, highlighting the strength of ONE EXPERIENCE's financial fundamentals, according to its CEO, Edouard Masseau.
The shares issued will be admitted to Euronext Growth Paris, increasing the share capital to €1,206,826.
