ONE NEST specializes in structuring real estate club deals, offering private investors opportunities to acquire high-quality assets. This transaction strengthens ONE EXPERIENCE's position in the budget hotel sector with its two businesses, ONE NEST and ONE HOSPITALITY ASSETS.
