Publication of the exercise price of the 2026 warrants

IMMO BLOCKCHAIN announces the start of the first exercise period for its Share Subscription Warrants (BSA 2026). These warrants are linked to the shares issued on March 16, 2026. Their exercise period runs from March 19 to 30, 2026.

The exercise price of these warrants is determined based on the average closing prices of the four preceding trading days, with a 15% discount. It cannot be less than the par value of the shares, set at €0.10. For this initial period, the exercise price is therefore €0.41.
