ONE EXPERIENCE: 2024 Review and Outlook for 2025
The ONE EXPERIENCE Group announced consolidated revenue of €4.2 million for 2024, reflecting a decrease compared to 2023, attributed to the disposal of unprofitable assets. Despite a streamlined asset portfolio, EBITDA and net income were €-0.4 million and €-1.3 million, respectively.
With fixed assets of 10.9 million euros, the group also holds 6.7 million euros in equity, gross cash of 0.4 million euros, and financial debt of 2.3 million euros, reducing its net debt ratio to 28%.
By 2025, the group aims to focus on profitability by focusing on B2B events and co-living, particularly with "One Nest." Development is geared toward growth markets, thereby strengthening its financial position.
