ONE EXPERIENCE: Free allocation of BSA for its shareholders

ONE EXPERIENCE, a pioneer in hybrid hospitality in Europe, announces the free allocation of share subscription warrants (BSA) to its shareholders. Each share held will entitle the holder to receive one BSA 2025-2, and 19 BSAs will entitle them to one new share until September 4, 2027, at a price of €2.50 per share. The transaction targets a maximum capital increase of €1,546,445. These BSAs will be listed on Euronext Growth.

This initiative serves two purposes: to thank shareholders for their loyalty and to increase financing capacity for Bitcoin Treasury Company's strategy. The group is thus committed to strengthening its position in Bitcoin while involving its shareholders in its long-term growth.
