One Experience Raises Funds to Become a Bitcoin Treasury Company

One Experience (ALEXP) announces a capital increase with preferential subscription rights. The transaction, approved by the shareholders' general meeting on June 26, 2025, aims to raise approximately €1.5 million. This amount includes a 20% discount to the recent average share price, with 75% of the financing provided by existing shareholders.

Following this increase, the group plans to award free share warrants to retain its investors. In August, One Experience will issue bonds redeemable in shares, offering an annual return of 15% over five years.

The funds from these transactions will be primarily used to purchase Bitcoin starting in September, supporting the group's strategy to become a Bitcoin Treasury Company. The remainder will be used for its core business.
