Elena Ridloff Joins Immunic's Board as Strategic Director

Immunic, Inc., a biotechnology firm focused on neurologic diseases, announced the appointment of Elena Ridloff to its Board of Directors, effective August 6, 2026. Ridloff brings over 20 years' expertise in financial strategy and corporate growth in the biopharmaceutical industry. She is set to guide Immunic as it nears a crucial Phase 3 ENSURE trial readout for relapsing multiple sclerosis and potential regulatory filings.

Chairman Michael W. Bonney praised Ridloff’s experience, citing her executive roles and accomplishments in capital raising and investor relations. Immunic’s CEO, Erik Lundgren, emphasized her role as pivotal in advancing the company’s lead program, vidofludimus calcium, a treatment in Phase 3 trials. Ridloff, currently CFO at Sionna Therapeutics, will also aid in strategic development toward future growth.
