Implenia secures modernization contracts worth CHF 180 million
Implenia, a Swiss building and real estate specialist, has just won modernization contracts in Switzerland and Germany, representing a total order volume of over CHF 180 million. These projects include the energy-efficient renovation of 14 buildings in Lausanne-East, the refurbishment of two historic buildings in Lausanne city center, and the conversion of a commercial building into a residence in Zurich, aiming for SNBS Gold certification.
Transformations are also planned for the Shopping Arena in St. Gallen and a residential area in Delitzsch, Saxony. These projects address a growing demand for renovations. Implenia leverages a specialized team and multi-sector expertise to offer sustainable and integrated solutions, strengthening its market position. Work will begin between 2026 and 2027.
