Implenia wins major projects in Switzerland and Germany

Implenia AG, a key player in the construction industry, has announced new contracts in Switzerland and Germany. The contracts include a data center in Beringen, the renovation of The Park Gstaad hotel, and the expansion of a residential complex in Aarau. The total order volume amounts to approximately CHF 200 million.

In Beringen, Implenia is building the data center for STACK Infrastructure, leveraging its proven expertise. At the same time, the historic hotel in Gstaad will undergo a facelift under Implenia's direction, aiming for BREEAM sustainability certification.

In Aarau, the "Nordbau" project will include 122 rental apartments and commercial spaces, meeting Minergie-ECO standards. In Germany, several construction sites, including a school in Heilbronn and a residential complex in Sindelfingen, demonstrate Implenia's commitment to innovation and sustainability.
