Cham Swiss Properties Acquires Remaining Stake in Bredella Beteiligungen AG

Cham, 9 June 2026 – Cham Swiss Properties AG has successfully completed the acquisition of all minority interests in Bredella Beteiligungen AG. The transaction involved a share swap following a capital increase announced on 4 June 2026. This increase resulted in the creation of 1,427,668 new registered shares, raising the total to 48,906,622, marking a 3.0% increase. These shares are set for trading today, and the acquisition process will conclude within ten days.

Cham Swiss Properties, created by merging Ina Invest AG and Cham Group AG in 2025, now manages a real estate portfolio valued at CHF 1.7 billion. The company aims to expand this portfolio to CHF 3 billion, generating annual rental income exceeding CHF 100 million. With a strong focus on sustainable development, Cham Swiss Properties continues to position itself as a significant player in the Swiss real estate market.
