This acquisition bolsters the Engineering segment of INDUS, focusing on Measuring, Surveillance & Media Technology. PRO VIDEO, headquartered in Berlin and Braunschweig, serves prominent clients like Microsoft and federal ministries. With approximately EUR 24 million in annual sales, the company employs 40 experts in audiovisual solutions.
Dr.-Ing. Johannes Schmidt, INDUS Board Chairman, highlighted the growth in demand for advanced media technology. The acquisition underlines INDUS's strategy of integrating niche companies with specialized expertise. PRO VIDEO offers a wide range of services, including conference technology and digital infrastructure, enhancing INDUS's market position in sophisticated media solutions.
