INDUS Holding AG's subsidiary, HAUFF-TECHNIK, has acquired KETTLER GmbH, a specialist in spindle extensions for pipe systems, effective from January 1, 2025. The acquisition aims to bolster INDUS's infrastructure segment. KETTLER, with annual sales of EUR 9 million and 60 employees, enhances the portfolio of HAUFF-TECHNIK, a manufacturer of sealing systems for cables, pipes, and building entries.
Dr. Jörn Großmann, INDUS Board member, highlights the acquisition's alignment with the expansion of infrastructure networks, emphasizing its growth potential. The deal includes Kettler Utility Communication GmbH, focusing on the rehabilitation of spindle extensions in underground pipe systems.
INDUS has actively pursued strategic acquisitions, including first-tier companies, to stimulate growth. The KETTLER acquisition marks an ongoing commitment to expanding infrastructure capabilities.
