INDUS Holding AG Expands U.S. Presence with METFAB Acquisition
On June 5, 2025, INDUS Holding AG announced its strategic acquisition of METFAB Engineering, Inc., a precision metal fabrication company based in Massachusetts. This move reinforces INDUS's presence in the North American market by integrating METFAB into its subsidiary, M. BRAUN.
METFAB, which specializes in custom stainless steel solutions, aligns with M. BRAUN’s existing capabilities, significantly enhancing INDUS’s Engineering segment. With approximately €7 million in sales, METFAB serves sectors like aerospace and medical technology.
Axel Meyer, from INDUS’s management, emphasized growing both organically and inorganically in North America. This acquisition follows INDUS’s recent integration of Sunbelt Stud Welding in Texas, supporting its strategic foothold expansion in the U.S.
