Infotel: Declaration of Transactions on Own Shares
Infotel has announced the results of its share transactions carried out between September 29 and October 3, 2025. These transactions are part of its share buyback program.
During this period, a total volume of 4,457 shares was acquired on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR). The average daily acquisition price ranged from 42.3385 euros to 44.2067 euros.
Specifically, on September 29, 875 shares were repurchased at an average price of €42.3385. On September 30, 883 shares were purchased at €43.3375. On October 1, 2, and 3, the volumes were 974, 854, and 871 shares, respectively, with prices of €43.4259, €43.9953, and €44.2067.
