Infotel Releases 2024 Universal Registration Document

Infotel, a key player in digital transformation for major European organizations, announced the publication of its 2024 Universal Registration Document. Filed with the French Financial Market Authorities (AMF) on April 25, 2025, it includes crucial reports such as the 2024 Annual Financial Report, sustainability report, and corporate governance report. The statutory auditors did not provide an opinion on the sustainability reporting process's compliance with the ESRS.
