Infotel: Transactions in own shares from March 30 to April 3, 2026

Infotel has published its statement regarding transactions in its own shares carried out between March 30 and April 3, 2026. This operation is part of its share buyback program. During this period, significant volumes were observed on March 30 and 31, with 1,147 and 1,144 shares traded respectively on the XPAR market of the Paris Stock Exchange. The daily weighted average prices for these dates were €34.4744 and €35.8874. No trades were carried out on April 1, 2, and 3. Details of these transactions are available on the Infotel website.
