Infotel: Transactions in own shares in November 2025

Infotel announced the transactions in its own shares carried out between November 3 and 7, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. These transactions took place on the Paris market.

The total volume of shares repurchased each day varied. On November 3, 924 shares were acquired at an average price of €40.3403. The following day, 956 shares were purchased at €39.2448 each. On November 5, 971 shares were repurchased at €40.0030, while on November 6, 976 shares were acquired at €40.1172. Finally, on November 7, 663 shares were repurchased at an average price of €39.6603.
