Infotel: Transactions on own shares from June 9 to 13, 2025

Infotel announced that it will conduct transactions in its own shares between June 9 and 13, 2025. These transactions are part of a share buyback program. Each day saw varying volumes traded on the XPAR market.

On June 9, 837 shares were purchased at an average price of €40.8429. On the 10th, Infotel purchased 842 shares at an average price of €40.4287. On June 11, 779 shares were purchased at €40.0982 each. On June 12, the volume was 903 shares at €40.0221 per share. Finally, on June 13, 901 shares were repurchased at an average unit price of €39.8007.
