Infotel: Transactions on own shares from March 31 to April 4, 2025

Infotel, listed on Euronext Paris, announced that it will conduct transactions in its own shares from March 31 to April 4, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. The transactions took place on the XPAR market.

During the period under review, Infotel acquired a total of 7,402 shares. The weighted daily price of the shares varied from €44.1784 to €45.3766. The daily trading volume ranged from 1,386 to 1,534 shares. Detailed information on these transactions is available on Infotel's website.
