Infotel: Transactions on own shares in January 2025

Infotel announced the completion of transactions on its own shares from January 6 to 10, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. These transactions took place on the Euronext Paris market.

In total, 3,118 shares were repurchased during this period. Each trading day showed variable volume, with 817 shares on January 6 and 169 shares on January 10. The daily weighted average acquisition price fluctuated, starting at €44.30 and gradually decreasing to €41.70 at the end of the period.
