Infotel: Transactions on own shares in January 2025

Infotel announced the transactions carried out on its own shares between January 27 and 31, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. These transactions, carried out on the Euronext Paris market, aimed to support the share price.

During this period, Infotel acquired a total of 1,358 shares. On January 30, 609 shares were purchased at a weighted average price of EUR 36.0882. The following day, January 31, 749 shares were acquired at an average price of EUR 36.7725. All transactions were concluded under the identifier code FR0000071797.
