Infracore finalizes the acquisition of the See-Spital buildings in Horgen

Infracore SA, a Swiss hospital real estate company, has announced the acquisition of the See-Spital buildings in Horgen. This transaction marks the company's first sale and leaseback with a public hospital. The facilities will continue to house the See-Spital under a long-term lease agreement, thus ensuring the continuity of medical services.

This acquisition propels Infracore's portfolio value to over CHF 1.5 billion, with projected annual rental income of CHF 73 million in 2026 and CHF 78 million in 2027. It reflects Infracore's strategy of investing in essential hospital infrastructure, supporting the financial flexibility of the medical sector.

Eric Frey, CEO of Infracore, emphasizes the strategic importance of this transaction for diversifying the company's tenant base. The deal also strengthens Infracore's presence in the canton of Zurich.
